Onsite payment will be available in cash only and will be charged 50% for every person paying.

  • Elite Men,Elite Women,Junior Racers in must hold a valid UCI.
  • For others, Please refer to the Category Charts in your discipline to see what Category you are eligible for with the license you have.
  • Those who doesn’t have license,their category will be determined by the age(2023-dob),and they must have insurance covering racing accidents and must be shown during riders confirmation

Women Elite Aged 17 years above, the result will be combined as General Time Classifications for UCI Points Only.

Mandatory Protective Equipment:

  • For all rider must wear non-modular full face helmet that certied by SNI or JIS or CPSC or SNELL or DOT.
  • For those who wear short sleeve, must wear elbow pad and mandatory for all to wear full finger gloves.
  • For Master, Women Open,and Youth must wear Body Protector at any session, if not, refusal of start.
  • Organizer recommends to wear neck brace, knee and shin pad, but for those who wear short pants,knee pad is mandatory.

Race Numbers and Timing

  • Race numbers will be distributed at sign-in/plate pickup
  • Downhill will be timed by the timing company recommended by ICF.I DH Cup riders will know him as Soklat Timing. We will now be able to offer live timing for the DH.
  • Plates MUST be mounted on the handle bars.
  • Do not bend or cut the plate
  • Numbers must not be folded or modified and must clearly show all advertising. Any infringements, penalty of Rp200.000,00 is applied.
  • Numbers must be completely visible at all times during the race.

Results

DH results will be posted at the registration/sign in hut, Bukit Ternadi Park Finish Area. Please allow 30 minutes for times to be posted after the last racer has finished. There will be a 15 minute window to allow for claims.

Awards/Podiums

There will be awards ceremonies for each race. All podium finishers are expected to be in attendance

Waivers

For riders under 17 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.

Pits

  • There will be limited Pit Space.
  • We are working on exact location,but it will be close to the finish area.
  • Tents must be 3m x 3m and all 4 legs must be weighted down.
  • Vehicles will not be able to remain near the pits.

Staging and Start Protocol

  • Staging will be determined by scheduled time posted on website, facebook and notice board onsite.
  • Seeding sequence will be based on UCI ranking and plate number for those who is non ranked rider. And Final Start sequence will be based on seeding time, the fastest will go off last at Final Day.
  • The start command will be done by the commissaire, by order 5 4 3 2 1 GO!. Any late riders, will loose their start opportunities, no money refund for this action.
  • You must be on time on your start time.

Warm-Up/Pre-Riding the Course

  • Warming up on the course while a race is in progress, or at any other unauthorized time, is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
  • Please respect the other racers by not warming up immediately behind the last place rider in the on going race.
  • Helmets must be worn AT ALL TIMES when riding the course & failure to comply will result in disqualification.

Equipment

  • ICF/UCI rules apply. It is the responsibility of all riders to know theserules.
  • No radiocomm permitted between riders and team member.
  • All riders must have their plate number on during all session.
  • Bicycle are using wheel 26” to 29” equal and mix size front and rear, equipped with brakes, derailleur, handlebar have bar end cap.
  • Riders are required to wear club or team jerseys corresponding to their license or stated in registration form. For National Champion of every Nation, they must wear their national Champion Jersey.
  • Rider must wear elbow protectors if using short sleeve and knee protector if using short pants.
  • All shirt must be tucked in the pants during the start.
  • Rider must wear gloves and full face helmet with visorinany condition when on the track.
  • For Youth and Master are mandatory using body protector

Inclement Weather And Race Incidents

  • Race held rain or shine. In the event of unsafe weather (e.g.,lightning or cold conditions) on race day, race officials consulting with the organizers may delay or cancel racing.
  • Backmarkers must give ways to any faster rider behind. Any deliberate blockage will resulton DSQ of the back markers, commissaire panels will decide. For the held rider by back markers will not given any re-start.
  • Red flags procedure maybe done in any case of serious accidents that needed an evacuation action.
  • Any riders that blocked by evacuation team or any red flag, will be given a re-start/re-run.

III. ADDITIONAL SERIES INFORMATION

  • Racing format may also be modified at the discretion of the President of the Commissaires Panel in response to prolonged stoppages.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable.
  • Medical problems should be reported to a commissaire. The event(s) will be run under ICF/UCI rules and specific regulation of 76 Indonesian Downhill 2023
  • All Master and Youth Championship racers must have a valid ICF/UCI license.
  • Categories with fewer than 4 starters may be merged with another age or ability category at the discretion of theChief Commissaires for the start,but will receive awards separately.
  • Equipment regulations to be enforced for ALL categories. There will be NO exceptions. Approved helmets are mandatory for training, competition and any time you are on a bike.

Specific Regulation for 76 Indonesian Downhill, and applied for 76 Indonesian Downhill Series 2023 only. For UCI C2/C1 Race, UCI Regulation applies and the participant also accounted for 76 Indonesian Downhill Series 2023 based on their Registered Category

Eligibility

  • All categories are open to all UCI member, and they eligible to win the National Series title.
  • License requirements for championship categories areas listed above.
  • Proof of IC maybe required (this includes driver’s license, permanent resident card).
  • All participants must be licensed to compete in the appropriate discipline.
  • All participants must be prepared to present their license up on demand at the event. License must be presented during race package pick-up
  • If your National category is Elite, you cannot race as a Master. If your category is Master, you cannot race as an Elite.
  • The categories are definited as per UCI rules based on year of birth. Racing age for the Championship is the rider’s age as of on Dec.31,2023
  • Athletes are not considered registered for an event until all administrative requirements have been fulfilled:
    • Complete the application form through website
    • Sign the waiver, when pic
    • Riders license has been validated by the designated commissaire.
  • All riders and participants must to act and behave sportive and obey any orders by commissaire or race officials.
  • No Alcohol can be used in the venue, any violation of this will result on expelling from the venue.
  • No gambling of the sport

Podium

  • • All athletes who have placed on the podium must attend the awards ceremonies. Failure to do so will result in a fine and loss of award (including prize money).
  • • Riders who cannot attend the awards ceremony must advise the Chief Commissaire Panel and the Technical Delegate with a valid reason. Reasons such as,“I have a flight to catch” will not be accepted.
  • • Riders must wear cycling apparel to the awards ceremony. Failure to do so will result in a fine and loss of award (including prize money).
  • • Riders must present themselves properly and must wear their racing attire and shoes. Riders No 1 may take their bike on the podium.

Doping Control

All races are conducted under UCI anti-doping regulations. It is the riders and team manager’s responsibility to know the rules

Race Services and Amenities

Limited Team Tent area is available nearby then is hof the DH. Pit space is first come first serve. There is room for approx.10-15 tents in the zone.Toilet are available on the site.

First Aid and Medical

Ternadi Bike Park marshall who are trained, dedicated medical staff will be in place during the event. Patrol will be at the start for all Closed Course Training, Seeding and Race Runs, The area is served by 118 service The nearest hospital with full emergency/trauma capabilities is:
