Online registration only. There will be no on-site registration. On site payment will be available in
cash only and will be charged 50% for every person paying
II.2. Licenses
II.2.1. All participants must hold a valid license in 2025.
II.2.2. Please refer to the Category Charts in your discipline to see what Category you are eligible for with
the license you have.
II.2.3. Category will be determined by the age (2025-yob), and they must have insurance covering racing
accidents and must be shown during rider confirmation.

Elite Men
will have Qualification System. Only Top 16 riders from Qualification phase, will go to Final
Phase. If there are 16 riders or less, they still have to do Seeding Run to determine their Final Phase start
sequence.
Elite Women
will have Seeding Phase and Final Phase. Those who DNS at Seeding Phase, will not go to
Final Phase. Those who DNF at Seeding Phase, will have last rank and eligible to do Final Phase.
Men Junior
will have Seeding Phase and Final Phase. Those who DNS at Seeding Phase, will not go to
Final Phase. Those who DNF at Seeding Phase, will have last rank and eligible to do Final Phase.
Men Master C
will have Seeding Phase and Final Phase. Those who DNS at Seeding Phase, will not go to

Women Elite Aged 17 years above. The results of Men Junior and Men Elite will be combined as General
Time Classifications for UCI Points Only.
II.6. Mandatory Protective Equipment :
II.6.1. For all rider must wear non-modular fullface helmet that certified by SNI or JIS or CPSC or SNELL or DOT.
II.6.2. For those who wear short sleeve, must wear elbow pad and mandatory for all to wear full finger gloves.
II.6.3. For Master, and Youth must wear Body Protector at any session, if not, refusal of start.
II.6.4. Organizer recommends to wear neck brace, knee and shin pad, but for those who wear short pants, knee
pad is mandatory.
II.7. Race Numbers and Timing
II.7.1. Race numbers and transponder will be distributed at sign-in/plate pickup
II.7.2. Transponder must be installed, Rider who do not have a transponder installed are declared DNS
II.7.3. Transponder must be return after final race, If you lose it or don't return it you will be subject to a fine
Rp.1.500.000,- or $100,-
II.7.4. Downhill will be timed by timing company recommended by ICF.
II.7.5. Plates MUST be mounted on the handle bars and clearly visible.
II.7.6. Body number and plate number must not be folded or modified and must clearly show all advertising. Any
infringements, penalty of Rp200.000,00 is applied.

II.7.7. Numbers must be completely visible at all times during the race.
II.8. Results
II.8.1. DH results will be posted at the race information in Finish Area. Please allow 30 minutes to be posted after
the last racer has finished. There will be a 15 minutes window to allow for claims.
II.9. Awards/Podium
II.9.1. There will be awards ceremonies for each race. All participants who make it to the podium are expected to
attend.
II.10. Waivers
II.10.1. For riders under 17 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
II.11. Pits
II.11.1. There will be limited Pit Space.
II.11.2. Riders can book space for their pits by WhatsApp at +62 818-1840-1176
II.11.3. Organizer will open and close the pit reservation period at the same time as the rider registration period
II.11.4. Organizer will charge a deposit fee for ordering pits of 250.000 rupiah per 3 x 3 meter. Paid at the same
time as the rider registration is open.
II.11.5. Organizer will return the deposit on Saturday morning, to the manager of each team that made the booking
II.11.6. The venue manager has full rights over the arrangement of participant tents in the venue. All tent
construction must be with the knowledge of the venue manager
II.11.7. Setting up tents for participants can be done from Thursday at 08.00 to 16.00. Anyone who sets up a tent
outside these hours must comply if the venue manager asks to move their tent. Especially for those who
haven't made a booking beforehand
II.11.8. Tents must be 3m x 3m and all 4 legs must be weighted down.
II.11.9. Vehicles Not be able to remain near the pits.
II.11.10. Unloading maximum at 07:00am outside these hours all vehicles except with special permission are
required to leave the area.
II.12. Staging and Start Protocol
II.12.1. Staging will be determined by scheduled time posted on website, facebook, Instagram and notice board
onsite.
II.12.2. Seeding sequence will be based on UCI ranking and plate number for those who is non ranked rider. And
Final Start sequence will be based on seeding time, the fastest will go off last at Final Day.
II.12.3. The start command will be done by the commissaire, by order 5 4 3 2 1 GO!. Any late riders, will loose their
start opportunities, no money refund for this action.
II.12.4. You must be on time on your start time.
II.13. Warm-Up / Pre-Riding the Course
II.13.1. Warming up on the course while a race is in progress, or at any other unauthorized time, is strictly
prohibited and will result in disqualification.
II.13.2. Please respect the other racers by not warming up immediately behind the last place rider in the on going
race.
II.13.3. Helmets must be worn at ALL TIMES when riding the course & failure to comply will result in
disqualification.

II.14. Equipment
II.14.1. ICF/UCI rules apply. It is the responsibility of all riders to know these rules.
II.14.2. No radio communication permitted between riders and team member.
II.14.3. It is not permitted to use cameras during races, cameras are only permitted to be used during practice.
II.14.4. All riders must have their plate number on during all session.
II.14.5. Bicycle may use wheel 26” to 29”, mullet is permissible, equipped with brakes, derailleur, handlebar must
have bar end cap.
II.14.6. Riders are required to wear club or team jerseys corresponding to their license or stated in registration
form. For National Champion of every Nation, they must wear their national Champion Jersey or print the
flag on the left sleeve.
II.14.7. Rider must wear elbow protectors if using short sleeve and knee protector if using short pants.
II.14.8. Rider must wear gloves and fullface helmet with visorinary condition when on the track.
II.14.9. For Youth and Master are mandatory using body protector
II.15. Inclement Weather and Race Incidents
II.15.1. Race held rain or shine. In the event of unsafe weather (e.g., lightning or cold conditions) on race day, race
officials consulting with the organizers may delay or cancel a session.
II.15.2. Back markers must give ways to any faster rider behind. Any deliberate blockage will result on DSQ of the
back markers, commissaire panels will decide. For the held rider by back markers will not given any Re-
Run/Start.
II.15.3. Red flags procedure maybe done in any case of serious accidents that needed an evacuation action.
II.15.4. Any riders that blocked by evacuation team or any red flag, will be given a re-start/re-run.
III. ADDITIONAL SERIES INFORMATION
III.0.1. Racing format may also be modified at the discretion of the President of the Commissaires Panel in
response to prolonged stoppages.
III.0.2. Entry fees are non-refundable.
III.0.3. Medical problems should be reported to a commissaire. The event(s) will be run under ICF/UCI rules and
specific regulation of 76 Indonesian Downhill 2025
III.0.4. Categories with fewer than 4 starters may be merged with another age or ability category at the discretion
of the Chief Commissaires for the start, but will receive awards separately.
III.0.5. Equipment regulations to be enforced for ALL categories. There will be NO exceptions. Approved helmets
are mandatory for training, competition and any time you are on a bike.
III.0.6. Specific Regulation for 76 Indonesian Downhill, and applied for 76 Indonesian Downhill Series 2025 only.
For UCI C2/C1 Race, UCI Regulation applies and the participant also accounted for 76 Indonesian Downhill
Series 2025 based on their Registered Category
III.1. ELIGIBILITY
III.1.1. All categories are open to all UCI member, and they are eligible to win the National Series title.
III.1.2. The IDH 2025 Series Champion is the highest total points from each series.

III.1.3. The Series Champion require rider to take part all series.

III.1.4. Proof of ID maybe required (this includes driver’s license, permanent resident card).
III.1.5. All participants must be prepared to present their license up on demand at the event. License must be
presented during race package pick-up
III.1.6. If your National category is Elite, you cannot race as a Master vice versa.
III.1.7. The categories are definited as per UCI rules based on year of birth. Racing age for the Championship is the
rider’s age as of on Dec. 31, 2025
III.1.8. Athletes are not considered registered for an event until all administrative requirements have been full
filled:
III.1.9. Complete the application form through website
III.1.10. Sign the waiver for safety and health risk.
III.1.11. Rider’s license has been validated by the designated commissaire.
III.1.12. All riders and participants must to act and behave sportive and obey any orders by commissaire or race
officials.
III.1.13. No Alcohol can be used in the venue, any violation of this will result on expelling from the venue.
III.1.14. No gambling of the sport
III.2. Podium
III.2.1. All athletes who have placed on the podium must attend the awards ceremonies. Failure to do so will result
in a fine and loss of award (including prize money).
III.2.2. Riders who cannot attend the awards ceremony must advise the Chief Commissaire Panel and the Technical
Delegate with a valid reason. Reasons such as, “I have a flight to catch” will not be accepted.
III.2.3. Riders must wear cycling apparel to the awards ceremony. Failure to do so will result in a fine and loss of
award (including prize money).
III.2.4. Riders must present themselves properly and must wear their racing attire and shoes. Riders No 1 may take
their bike on the podium.

III.3. Doping Control
III.3.1. All races are conducted under UCI anti-doping regulations. It is the riders and team manager’s responsibility
to know the rules.
IV. AMENITIES, SAFETY, ETC.
IV.1. Race Services and Amenities
IV.1.1. Limited Team Tent area is available nearby then is hof the DH. Pit space is first come first serve. There is
room for approx. 10-15 tents in the zone. Toilet are available on the site.
IV.2. First Aid and Medical
IV.2.1. Dedicated medical staff will be in place during the event. Patrol will be at the start for all Closed Course
Training, Seeding and Race Runs, The area is served by 118 service.

IV.3.1. By Plane
Go through Abdulrachman Saleh Airport (MLG), then then take Go-Car or Grab to Klemuk Downhill Track
by phone Application (via Appstore or Playstore). Or metered taxi from the airport.

Go through Malang Train Station (Pasuruan), then take Go-Car or Grab to Klemuk Downhill Track by phone
Application (via Appstore or Playstore). Or metered taxi from the station.

IV.5.3. In accord ance with Article 17 paragraph 1, the personal income tax rate is calculated using the progressive
rate as follows :
IV.5.4. Tax payers with annual income of up to IDR 50,000,000 is 5%.
IV.5.5. For tax payers who do not have a TIN (NPWP), are subject to tariffs 20% higher than those who have a TIN
(NPWP)
IV.5.6. Klemuk series prizes will be sent at least 3 November 2025
IV.5.7. Overall winner prize will be sent to each winner's bank account at least 1
st
December 2025.
